Thank you for considering Buds & Blooms Preschool & Child Care. We are excited for the opportunity to get to know you and your family. Before you proceed with the application process, please check our About Us, Policies and Rates & Availability pages to ensure we are the right child care for your family. Below you will find the Application for Preschool & Child Care. This gives us basic information and asks questions to ensure we are the right fit for your family and can meet your current needs.

We usually review all applications within 24 hours.
Please keep an eye open for an email from us, either explaining why we feel we do not currently meet your needs, or if you requested to get on our waitlist, a link inviting you to schedule a Meet & Greet Interview—be sure that you choose a day and time that you are able to bring your child with you to the interview.
If you opted out of the waitlist we may still contact you about upcoming openings if we do not have any families on the waitlist.

If both the family and the provider agree to proceed with enrollment, the family will need to complete and return the Child Care Registration Contract, the Registration Fee, and all required documents within 1-2 days.
Registration Contract must be turned in a minimum of 48 hours before child’s start date. Start date cannot be set more than 30 days in advance.
